I had an excellent experience with South End Heating and Air, especially their technician, Robert. Our hot water heater suddenly stopped producing hot water, and Robert quickly came out to diagnose the issue. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. What stood out most was how effectively he managed the entire situation and took the time to ensure everything was fully resolved before leaving. He explained the problem clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the hot water heater was functioning properly at the end of the visit. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and seeing it through completely. I truly appreciate Robert’s professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend South End Heating and Air and would absolutely use them again in the future

Contacted South End Plumbing to get some work done on my home in Matthews. They responded quickly, got me an estimate and were able to fit me into their schedule in the next number of days which was great. The gent that they sent out, Sam, went over and above with his work and kept me updated as he arrived to my house, did the work, told me what he found and then processed payment immediately over the phone - Sam was super friendly and explained everything to me in terms I could understand, his work is immaculate - looks good as new!

Call, come out and replace my sewer. He was very respectful. He has explained everything well to me. And made sure I could understand everything that he was doing. Yeah, it was a great price. A great company to work for and he takes pride in the work that he does.It's hard to find that nowadays

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ South End Plumbing Heating & Air came out quickly and did a great job repairing the pilot light on my water heater. They were professional, honest, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary work. The technician was respectful, efficient, and had my hot water back up and running fast. It’s hard to find dependable companies these days, but these are genuinely good working folks who care about doing the job right. I truly appreciate their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC help.

South End Plumbing did a great job solving our plumbing issues. They were able to get out to us to quote and start the job the same day, and when they found additional issues, they communicated quickly and were very fair with the cost changes that needed to be approved. Highly recommend them!
