Couldn’t be happier. Excellent service courtesy of Richard and exceptional pricing. Literally charged 1/3 the price other companies quoted me for the same job (replace shower valve). Not only was it profoundly less expensive than competitors, Raleigh Plumbing & Heating included more in their quote. Other companies were said the job would take 4-6hours and ran the bill up. By contrast, Raleigh Plumbing & Heating did it in an hour. And, because the technician finished faster than he anticipated, they invoiced me for $100 less than they quoted. Really, I couldn’t be any happier with the quality of work and remarkably reasonable pricing.

Our installer was Marcos he was very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me. Also want to acknowledge the excellent, clean, and efficient work done installing the Tankless Water Heater very professional. Our hot water quit on Saturday morning. Raleigh Plumbing & Heater were very responsive with the owner coming out Saturday afternoon with the assurance that I would be contacted on Monday. I was contacted by John who expedited to have the unit installed on Tuesday. Most of the job completed on on Tuesday with Eduardo completing it on Wednesday. The inspection was completed a week later. All the reviews I read are true when it comes to Raleigh Plumbing and Heating. Starting with the owner on down through his staff.

Raleigh Plumbing did an excellent job recommending the right solution for replacement of a 25 year old 50 gallon water heater. We considered a tankless but after weighing the pros and cons of a tank versus tankless, we both agreed that a tank water heater was the correct choice. Raleigh Plumbing only installs the commercial grade tank water heater as the consumer grade does not last. We have had lots of hot water and much hotter than the previous tank to where we have it on the lowest setting on the commercial grade Pro-line. I was very happy with the experience and would recommend Raleigh Plumbing.
