The wonderful people at Brooks Plumbing have taken care of our plumbing needs for years. (I should have written their 5 star review long before now!!!) They've done everything for us from replacing a broken hot water heater to repairing leaks to installing plumbing in a new bathroom renovation project. EVERYONE at Brooks Plumbing is knowledgeable, friendly, dependable, and honest. I give them my highest recommendation and would trust them completely with any plumbing needs that arise.

The people at Brooks Plumbing and Heating have been taking care of my family for years, but in the recent work they did for me it became clear that they are saints. My boiler went out over two weeks ago, and they have moved heaven and earth to get my heat back on. They are SO busy with work, but they still took the time to inform me of progress in tracking down the parts needed for my job (not an easy task), and after several days of working, stayed until 8:00 tonight to get my heat up and running. I begged them to go home and eat dinner and come back the next day, but they kept working. Just the nicest people.

If i could give zero stars i would. They over charged for hours and also for lunches when they weren't working. Billed us twice for items that we already paid for. When we brought it to their attention they said they would check with their guys and never heard anything back. Truly a sad way to do business. Update: After my review met with owners (Larry and Justin) and they fixed the double charges and credited back some hrs. And do want to give them credit on the grading work they did, it has held well even with all the rain we have had.

I had a leak beneath my sink and needed help quickly. Wesley called back and came out as quickly as he could. The faucet was fixed and he ensured the main pipe had a cuff. So thankful for them.

Love Ms Peggy the cashier and her precious attitude. She's wonderful at serving others. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Best we've had there in a long time.
