Used this pharmacy for about a year, had no issues until last month when they prescribed me Furosemide instead of an SSRI. I am a young adult with no heart or blood pressure problems, I only take meds prescribed by a psychiatrist. I have no clue how they were going to give me that medication that I have no history with. I’d like to trust my pharmacy to give me the right medicines but it was only because I double checked with my psychiatrist that everything turned out fine.

Zero stars if I could give it. This is hands down the worst pharmacy and pharmacist I have ever dealt with. The lines are always extremely long, the wait times are ridiculous, and the customer service is awful. Medications are never ready on time, even when promised, which is beyond frustrating when you’re relying on them. Staff are unhelpful and seem completely indifferent to customers’ time and needs. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone—save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

I’d also be reviewing restroom but they never showed up to open it. God forbid a girl needs to pee. Go to the krogers across the street prices are better and the employees aren’t chit chatting when the line at the register is long

Allowed for a continued lack in medication coverage with a 2 week lead time for important not safe to stop medications. Did not notify the patient in any way of the gap despite 3 in person visits. Just referenced "delays" until a lapse occurred where they finally admitted there was no current timeline to supply the pharmacy with the medication. Pharmacy did not ever request a pharmacy initiated transfer.
