I had a very bad experience with the dentist Harshil Patel. He came in with his trauma and judging me based off his past experiences with other patients, and to remind you he walked in the room haven't been there for five minutes and started to make negative assumptions. Harshil Patel also gave me a list of things he could not do which left me pondering what do you do? I am very disappointed in the service provided by Legacy Community Health. We deserve professional dentist who do not project there trauma unto other patients especially first time patients. They also gave me a full X-ray something I did not need because my issue was exclusive to one area and even after they did the full X-ray they did not show it to me. After I was sitted in the room the assistant took other X-rays. I believe they should have asked me what I needed and what pain I was having instead of assuming I needed a full x ray. The dentist Harshil Patel also lied about some information he gave me pertaining to deep cleaning. He states "any dental office I go to they would do X-rays first, then they would schedule a different appointment for me to have a cleaning so they could determine what type of cleaning I needed." This was not true because I contacted multiple dental offices and none of them claimed what he said. Yes, I received the diagnosis of what needed to be done even though he could not perform it. The issue was he complained how other patients reacted to what has happened there and I am wondering why is he telling me this? I would not recommend this facility when it comes to dental care because of the dentist unapproachable character which made me feel highly uncomfortable. Patients are on a waiting list to be seen by a dentist at Legacy and when you are seen it may take 2-3 months. The sad thing is once you go you may be told they cannot help, and refer you to someone else. I expected different care especially when it came to emergency care.

EDUARDO works at the Legacy Pharmacy in Montrose and is excellent. He has provided me with very complete information about medications and details on how to order and receive medications in the fastest and most appropriate way. His service is excellent. I left a message for his supervisor, Rosalind, to let her know that Eduardo does an excellent job with the patients who come to the clinic and pharmacy. Thank you very much.

While the cost at the pharmacy is low, communicating with staff when not in person is impossible. The phone goes unanswered, and if the app is tried the messages are also ignored. Regularly have issues getting meds filled on time and when I need them, requiring talking to them in person and requiring extended waits for them to actually fill them. If you can afford another option, use it.

High demand pharmacy but they do their best under pressure. Legacy has helped me in so many ways — give them a try. They also have programs to help those in need.

Love legacy clinic but the pharmacy needs a lot of work. I think maybe it's time to replace the manager and go from thete.my prescription is suppose to be automatically refilled but never is. So I call and order it through the auto service but for some reason they never get it.i called a week after I ordered it and they said they never got the order.Also when you call to talk to someone the machine tells you your wait is less then 2 minutes but you end up waiting 30 to 45 minutes before anyone answers..someone needs to overall this pharmacy or I guess I need to transfer somewhere else
