Capsule Pharmacy was an incredibly frustrating experience. My prescription was supposed to be delivered between 6–9 PM, but it never arrived and no one contacted me to explain why it was canceled. Because of that failure, my treatment was delayed and I was left in pain longer than necessary. The entire experience was marked by missed commitments, poor communication, lack of accountability, and repeated failures to follow through. What should have been a simple prescription delivery turned into an unnecessary ordeal that delayed care and caused significant frustration, worsening symptoms and discomfort.

Ever since I started with capsule, I’ve had an exquisite pharmacy experience! No exceptions. Always friendly, always efficient, always looking for making my prescriptions as affordable as possible. They’re like family!

This place is horrible and shouldn’t be opened. At first it seemed so legit and like an awesome idea but the people who work there are far from friendly and helpful. They were completely rude to me. I. was calling around pharmacies to check to make sure the pharmacy had my medicine before being discharged from the Hospital and stated they did so after my doctor sent them my order they called me said they did not have my controlled substance prescription, and I told them I called ahead just for that reason and was told they had it. But anyways, I called the hospital nurse back and told them what happened and they said they would call them and ask then they told my nurse they did have it and it was being filled and I was like okay so I called them back to see and was going to go pick it up from them on my way home they kept trying to tell me to wait and they would text me when they were ready I said well don’t yall have a waiting room I will just wait there it was close to closing time at 6pm and I arrived at 4pm my phone had died by the time I got there amd the girl or pharmacist filling the prescriptions came to the window and rudely said they didn’t have it. And I asked if k could atleast sit in the waiting room charge my phone and contact the Hospital nurse again to inform her then I’d be out of there. They said since they didn’t have one prescription that I should have all my prescription moved to a new pharmacy which I did because the outside of the building looked super professional but inside it looked like an illegal pharmacy abd sketchy. I was charging my phone for 15-30 mins and had my nurse call my prescriptions into Walgreens at the hostptal. Then I was waiting on on a uber to pick me up. The pharmacist looked at me crazy and asked what I was doing and I said waiting on an uber that I needed 10-15 mins then would leave and she made a shocking look like 15 mins was 3 hours or something and said that once my phone was charged enough I needed to leave or wait outside. Tbat they have a policy stating no one can sit and wait in the waiting room for that long. Wow the customer service was aweful I wish I read the reviews prior before hand. I’m so glad I didn’t have all my medicine sent to them. This business will not last long with such a high demand for medications they think they can treat peiple poorly and badly like we don’t have 300 other pharmacies that would love to service our prescriptions. I highly recommend not using capsule or you will regret it like I did. Thank you for taking the time to read this you won’t regret it. I’m saving you from a headache and wasteful time.

Denise from capsule was on point helped with all my questions and concerns. Great personality and very friendly. Doesn’t try to rush you and makes you feel like a person not a number in line! Because of people like her capsule is my. Go to pharmacy!

What a mess. To start with, delivery was next-day, not same-day. There’s ONE weekday delivery window: 6–9 pm, and you must be present to sign. Next, delivery is NOT free unless you opt out of the automatically-added tip. I didn't expect it, so I didn't notice (and paid a $5 tip on a $1.79 medication). There's more. Capsule charged me $14.99 for that $1.79 medication. They processed the order without my insurance, which was provided UP FRONT. And yet they sent a receipt saying I had only paid the insurance price. I check my CC charges every day and knew it wasn't true, but what if I had trusted the receipt? I called Capsule and was told the $14.99 was "just a preauthorization," when it was actually a real, posted charge. I know the difference and said so, but what if I had trusted their answer? I will say that the two supervisors I eventually communicated with refunded the erroneous amounts, so I upgraded the rating from 1 star to 2. But I’m not using Capsule again. Their marketing leaves out critical details, and the issues were serious.
