Briargrove Pharmacy is more than just a place to pick up prescriptions, they have remained loyal to its values and community for over 50 years. Juan is always there with a smile, and Michelle is ready to help with warmth and care behind the counter. They don’t just know your name...they remember your kids, your pets, and the little details that make you feel truly known. There’s a comfort in the familiarity and a sense of belonging that you simply can’t find in the big box/chain stores. Briargrove Pharmacy has preserved the art of personalized service and meaningful relationships; an art that majority of businesses have lost years and years ago. Visiting Briargrove is always a joy. Their shop has everything that I need and that I don't! ( ; I enjoy just walking around browsing all the new items, while stocking up on my regular items. The familiar faces, the warm greetings, and the genuine care remind me of what a business should be...a part of the community not just a building within the community. It’s more than a pharmacy. Briargrove Pharmacy is truly a gem.
This pharmacy is truly top-notch! Their gift shop is fantastic, offering a wide variety of unique and thoughtful gifts you won’t find anywhere else. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, and their service has been outstanding. One of the best features is their pill-pack service, which makes managing my medications effortless. Each pack is organized by day and time, so I always know whether I’ve taken my meds just by checking if the pack is empty. The best part? They offer this service at no extra cost. They also provide delivery within their service area, which is incredibly convenient. Even after moving out of the area, I continue to use this pharmacy because they now mail my prescriptions directly to me. Their customer care and convenience are unbeatable!
Briargrove Pharmacy is my favorite boutique to shop for that special find. I even made a point to surprise the friendly staff on my world-wind visit to Houston in August 2025. Of course I found that unique self gift to buy as a memory that I can wear in my new home state of Florida. Love this place! You will too…
This pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy! I finally switched all our family's prescriptions over to Briar Grove and I have no idea why I didn't do it sooner. When you call them, they actually answer the phone and don't put you on indefinite hold (looking at you walgreens!!!) Everyone there is so friendly and kind! They also refill prescriptions the same day (again walgreens take note!) I will gladly drive 10 minute out of my way to come here and cannot recommend them more!! Thanks Briargrove for providing excellent service!
My wife and I LOVE this store. Been a customer since the 90s when they were located near Post Oak. The people are AWESOME. The owner is one of the nicest people on the planet and he and his staff really care about their customers. In short, Briargrove Pharmacy rocks!
