“First kennel experience for my rescue dog wasn't perfect, didn’t expect him to be. Chris was lovely to care for him, run outs, bathing him, meals (well fed) etc my dog didn't quite settle at night. Understandable given it's a new environment and I didn’t do any transitional nights. But a bit disheartening to hear the moment I arrive, he was continuously labelled a 'bastard' for barking at night. That being said, he had a good time during the day, ran around and ate well. Would recommend for non-holiday periods - other dogs deserve their holidays too! One note for next time: maybe a slower introduction, a week is a lot for a first time, being a rescue dog, he may of being felt he was being dumbed again. Anxiety meds in order and something to help him sleep at night, for the future. Overall, thank you so much for the care provided." He has been super happy and sleeping loads 😊
