Right from the start, Guy was very friendly, professional and passionate about his craft, sharing knowledge along the way. What a great experience. Had Guy come to my property for a termite inspection and house spray, he was well spoken, courteous and very informative, during his inspection and to my surprise he found a tiger snake in my grandchild's bedroom, before I could even realise how serious the situation was he had control of it, wrapped it up in his personal jumper and took it away from my property when he had finished his work. Potentially saving my grandchild who was sleeping in the same room at the time. Outstanding selfless effort, forever grateful.

Very helpful company from the beginning. Not the first time we have used them. They offered to send someone out for small concerns free of charge pending a full inspection. Jason was very kind, cheerful and informative. Let me know what he was doing and why, explaining to me how the critters operate and any future warning signs and was just really lovely the whole time. Highly recommend.
