Safe Pro is the only pest control company we have used that can be counted o to do a proper job. All the others fall short. Nathan serviced our house and did an amazing job. His attention to detail was second to none. Incredible work Nathan! Highly recommend Safe Pro!
Justin arrived promptly within the service time agreed upon. He sent a text message prior to his arrival. He then called upon arrival to ensure that dogs were not still outside. I appreciate his communication and his verification of things prior to starting his service. My service Call was a follow up warranty to shut tight any eaves that had gaps after our new roof was put on.
I called for an additional visit (outside of the normal quarterly visit) because I started to see ants around our kitchen sink area. Javier came same day on short notice which was much appreciated as I was going to be out of town a couple days later. He listened to my concerns and gave informed advice on where the entry point(s) might be in addition to fully treating the area inside and out! Great service :) thanks Javier!
Don was honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He arrived on time, put on the shoe covers when entering the house, and promptly inspected the attic and then outside. He showed me what he found and thoroughly explained his assessment and recommendation. Compared to my experience with other pest control companies including the one who I use today for quarterly services, his recommendation makes the most sense and the cost is the most reasonable. Safe Pro is highly recommended by local residents on social media, and Don represents the company well.
