We’ve had reliant for 4 years now & Jarod is absolutely amazing! He was incredibly thorough and took his time to make sure every surface was cleaned to perfection. We truly can’t say enough great things about him. His attention to detail and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we genuinely appreciate all of his hard work. The entire Reliant office has been wonderful as well. Everyone is always so kind, patient, and willing to help in any way they can. They take the time to listen and make sure all of our questions and concerns are addressed. We are beyond pleased with the outstanding service we’ve received and highly recommend them!

This is my first experience with Reliant Pest Management. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what he would be doing for the initial service treatment. He took the time to answer all my questions. I was very impressed with him and feel I made a great decision to use Reliant.

I had my initial treatment today and was very pleased with the service. Chase came out and took the time to explain what treatments he was doing and why he was doing them. He was conscientious of the fact that we have a toddler at home and advised on what areas to avoid treating inside. Very happy with the service.

I had Reliant Pest Management out for a callback service and could not be more pleased with the experience. Lance and trainee Jonathan arrived right on time first thing in the morning and were ready to get to work. I had concerns after finding a couple of roaches inside my home and Lance took the time to listen to the details, review the photos I had taken, and explain the differences between German roaches and Asian roaches. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and informative, which gave me a great deal of peace of mind. Rather than rushing through the appointment, he answered my questions thoroughly and provided practical solutions and recommendations. Both Lance and Jonathan were professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. They explained what they were doing, treated the areas of concern, and made sure I understood their findings before they left. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I truly appreciate the time they spent educating me and addressing my concerns. Excellent service from start to finish, and I highly recommend Reliant Pest Management.
