Our family home that is in Trevallyn, it is over 130 years old and a great view, and when we are not there and working on the mainland, or overseas we do short term rental with Airbnb, Booking.com and others and have families, work colleagues, car racing teams, Agfest exhibitors, football fans, fly in fly out medical specialists and other stay from all over the world, UK, Scotland, Italy, China, Czeck Republic, Korea, Japan, USA, South America, France, Singapore, Africa and of course from Tasmania and the mainland. Last week I had a call from my guests, a family who stayed to say that furry friends had visited overnight. YUK. I called Duncan at around 9.00 am and he said he would squeeze it in and be there at 11.00 and he was. He found evidence of the problem, put in baits and did a thorough check and inspection of our home and is coming back in 2 weeks to check. Thank you Duncan and we are happy to recommend your service.
Very happy with Duncan and his service. He was quick to respond to my initial contact (most of the others didn't respond at all), friendly and easy to deal with. The job was done on time and price was excellent.
Duncan arrived on time and got to work to eliminate the wasp nest in my garden. The following day the pests were gone and I could finally go into my garden again.
Duncan was prompt and responsive with communication and arrived in time to help spraying around our house to get rid of spiders and bugs. He did a great job and was happy with his service. Professional and higly recommended. Would use his service again.
We have had Duncan to our home on several occasions now, for spider/bug extermination and to assist with getting rid of both possums and rodents underneath the house. On each occasion, Duncan was professional, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. We were happy to leave Duncan at our home to spray the outside area and inside the home. Duncan was able to successfully work with my husband to draw out possums from underneath the house without harming them and to keep them out. I would happily recommend Duncan and his service to anyone.
