I wanted to leave a positive review for Kindred Pest Control after my second service experience. My first round with the company was not as smooth as I had hoped, but Ed, the manager I spoke with over the phone, was extremely helpful in clearing everything up. He took the time to listen to my concerns and had someone out to service my home the very next day, which I truly appreciated. Katia Mendoza was the technician who came out, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely polite, very thorough, and went through all the proper protocols without rushing. She made me feel very well taken care of and completely comfortable with the service being provided. Kindred Pest Control is lucky to have Katia on their team. Good employees like her are hard to find, and her professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. She is definitely someone I hope to have back for future services. Thank you again to both Katia and Ed for turning my experience around and providing excellent customer service.

2 that’s because he sprayed and was pleasant. My husband took the dog for a walk before he got here and saw him sitting around the corner with his seat, reclined all the way back watching a video on his phone. (Just so you know) It didn’t impact our service, but if you’re paying them by the hour, that could be a problem for. Also, when he went out in the backyard, he did not walk the gate behind him! This is a huge deal because we have a dog. And if he would’ve come to spray without us being home and the dog got out, I’m not even gonna finish that sentence! Then he put some bug sticky stuff in the garage, but where he placed it it got stuck on the garage door and has left the tacky stuff on the garage floor. Not sure why that was there. We’ve never had that before. It’s nice to be able to change my service time quickly, however not too thrilled with your technicians.

On two separate occasions I have witnessed their drivers on the road drive recklessly!!! I am unsure whether it is the same person driving every single time but the first time it was what looked like a hispanic male. Please hold your employees accountable and tell them to not speed in and out of lanes!!!

I recently had my initial pest control service with Kindred Pest Control, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Shawn came out to my property this afternoon and did an absolute fantastic job! From the moment he arrived, Shawn was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully inspect my entire yard, explaining the process clearly and answering all of my questions with great patience. His attention to detail while treating the property was highly impressive—he made sure no spot was missed. It is rare to find such top-notch customer service these days. Shawn’s friendly attitude and thorough work ethic truly set a high standard. If you are looking for reliable and effective pest control, I highly recommend Kindred Pest Control, and definitely ask for Shawn! Five stars all the way!
