I had wasp nests everywhere. Robin came out and took care of the problem in about 30 minutes and secured the perimeter so they won’t come back. He’s very nice and efficient. I recommend this company highly.
Let me preface this by telling u we had SEVEN exterminators over prior to Robin & every single one of them wanted to fumigate our home (which was not necessary & would cost over 7k) as we had a singular wall with drywood termites. Robin from Houston Pest Control came over the next day & spoke to us like humans & not a paycheck. He was so polite, honest, quick & thorough. He heard our concerns & eliminated the problem with no extra charges. Told us what to look out for in the future & assured us it could be handled. Couldn’t recommend him more!! Great contact to have in this wild world of pests we live in. Having someone honest that is a phone call away is invaluable. Thank you Robin!!!

Robin provided outstanding service and showed great patience—although the job took a few hours, he managed it with complete professionalism. I would absolutely use his services again and recommend him to others. His response time was far better than any other company I reached out to; most didn’t answer or couldn’t come out, possibly because it was the weekend. Robin arrived promptly, resolved the issue at my home efficiently, and returned the following day to perform an injection treatment to fully address the remaining problem.
Came in very swiftly stating he was with pest control and doused my kitchen with what I assume is a chemical replant. He did ask if I had a dog. He didn't have a card or anything but pulled up this review page and asked for a "good job" review. I have a toddler with special needs who likes to sit on the kitchen floor so the fact that my floor is dripping wet is beyond bothering so I'll be contacting my leasing office and mopping my floor.
