We are thrilled to have found and to support a local business! Tira provided excellent and professional service today. He arrived within the window we had been given; explained exactly what he would be doing; what products we was using and why; then went about his work in an efficient manner. Loved that he was so patient with our dog who thinks everyone she meets is her new best friend. I called several other local, family-owned businesses, and Haven was the most economical solution for us.

Jonathan did an excellent job during our pest control service. He was pleasant, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing and what to expect. He was also very courteous, thorough, and made sure every detail was covered. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about providing great service. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. Highly recommend!

Kedive Torres was wonderful. Arriving early to get started and took time to explain everything that he was doing and even new places that the rodents had found to get into my Attic. He took such good care to make the areas that he had to seal around house look cosmetically good and not stand out. He also took great care with placement of the bait stations since I have dog! I am so thrilled that I found Haven Pest Solutions to take care of my rodent problems.

We love them! They get the job done and they are professional. Trinh Christopher is great! Such a friendly and knowledgeable guy! The only thing is to make sure to not let your pet out for a couple of days. Our was let out too soon last time and got sick but now we know better.

We moved to Dallas from a small town North Carolina two years ago and bought a pier and beam house built in 1968 that had been renovated. A month ago we realized we had a rat in our attic. Something I had never experienced in my previous 40 years of living in multiple homes. I tried to take care of it myself with bait and traps with no luck so I contacted three different pest control companies to get a quote on rodent exclusion. All of them were in the $2000 to $3000 dollar range for my 2200 square foot house. Haven Pest Solutions’ inspector Eugene Phillips took the most time and gave me a quote with the greatest level of detail which is something near and dear to a retired engineers heart. So I decided to go with Haven Pest Solutions even though they weren’t the lowest quote. Less than a week later Eduardo Castulo came out to execute the process and he spent all day making sure every nook and cranny was blocked. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. After he finished he walked me through all that he had done and showed me where he had placed external bait boxes and traps in the attic and crawl space. Not long after he left I was contacted by their office to set up a follow up visit to check the traps. I’m very happy with all they have done and their excellent customer service.
