Jake always asks us for an update on any changes at the office. He is very polite and makes sure our entire place is sprayed and takes in to consideration the room we have pets in. We never have to remind him. Top notch service.
Do not recommend at all. Their professionalism is lacking, and they consistently arrive late for work. They also complete only half of the job and charge for the entire service. Four years ago, they were quite good, but now they use diluted chemicals that cause bugs to return within a week.
Tim Smith is top notch. He used to come to my previous residence. He is efficient but thorough. Let’s me know of things I should be aware of and makes recommendations. I appreciate the level of service he provides.
John was very helpful in explaining roof rats and how to get rid of them. He then found where they entered my garage and placed poison in the attic. Advising me on how to block entrances and maintaining protection to hinder reentry. I really appreciated his advice and know is definitely an asset to HARTZ Pest control!
