Great service. Reasonably priced. Was easy to talk with about service information Gemma was great with emailing info and prompt booking . Tim was amazing, he rang and informed us on a rough time of arrival. Was great with spraying service, along with being professional and courteous with the things we had around the property. Was more than happy to talk through any question and what to do post service. Was a great service and experience overall.

We were customers of Flick Bendigo for over a year for termite and pest control. Onsite technicians are friendly and professional, but their office, billing, and complaints handling are a nightmare. After being told termites were still active after 12 months, raising concerns led to dismissive and condescending communication. Their payment system also consistently failed over four months, causing overcharges and confusing billing information. Trying to resolve this was beyond frustrating. A detailed formal complaint was submitted and brushed aside. Their response was a minor goodwill write-off. No accountability. No offer of remediation for an incorrectly installed termite system. Two of our installed units still indicate “active” on their lids. We were also told “sorry your experience with us wasn’t to your liking” We now have to pay another provider to reinstall the system correctly to meet Australian compliance standards. Flick Bendigo does not care about its customers. It cares about the money you pay them. If you value honesty, professionalism, or respect, avoid them at all costs. Update (19 November): In response to Flick’s comment below stating they “could not locate my account,” I emailed all requested information to the email address below on 3 November. To date, no acknowledgement or response has been received. A second licensed provider engaged after our complaint was dismissed by Flick confirmed active termite activity and advised that the system installed by Flick was not compliant with required standards. We have incurred thousands more in additional costs to reinstall the system correctly (despite spending $5k with Flick) and also address still active termites. This is despite Flick lowering our risk rating for termites from high to moderate only two months earlier. This reinforces what we experienced throughout the entire process: Flick does not take accountability when issues are raised, and provide no meaningful support or remediation when their service fails.

I recently dealt with Gemma at Flick Pest Control and she was absolutely fantastic. From the very first phone call she was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. She organised a technician to attend the same day and kept me updated the entire time via email. Gemma really went above and beyond to help get the issue sorted as quickly as possible. It’s rare to come across reception staff who are this efficient and attentive. Thank you again for your outstanding service, it was very much appreciated!

I was not happy at all with my service on 2 properties. One included wasp removal which they only guaranteed for 14 days, Sure enough 14 days later wasps rehome themselves in another location of my yard. And spiderwebs regrowing all over the outside of the house. Expensive exercise, I will be choosing another company to see if they can help. My investment property that I got them to do on the same day they actually went and did our neighbours house by accident as they couldn’t find the address. After 10 phone calls and them insisting it had been done with no one returning my calls. They said that the house had been done which was not true. After sometime finally got onto a gentleman that could help me and they went out and sprayed the investment property for free. Overall a very poor service I will not be using this company again. The only reason I’ve given them two stars is they did come out and do the investment property for free, However, so they should as they sprayed the neighbours property by mistake.

To the. 2 awful ladies that left at 5.17 pm on the 19th of Dec and commented on me parking in your park bays. I’m not deaf and you clearly wanted me to hear what you were saying. I know there was parking across road. Your car park wasn’t full only 4 cars in the bays! Who was I hurtin? Does your car park say private parking. Sorry but you are both horrible people. Go and enjoy your knock off drink you clearly need it!
