Originally, I canceled my contract due to integrity concerns with the sales process. I felt the pricing and other details were not presented transparently, which left me uncomfortable moving forward. Recently, however, I had the opportunity to interact with Service Technician Mikhal B. after servicing a neighbor’s property. During our conversation, Mikhal exemplified professionalism and outstanding customer service. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely authentic. His attitude and willingness to go above and beyond completely changed my perception of the company. Mikhal deserves recognition for his exceptional professionalism and commitment to customer service. He represents the kind of employee any company should be proud to have. Thank you for employing someone who truly cares about the customer experience.
We have a baby in the car and this driver is driving recklessly almost hitting us couple of times and cutting other cars. My husband was able to catch up and we got the plate # and side car # this is at 1:15pm July 21 in Plano, Tx
He was very polite and very cordial. Great manners! And such professionalism! He went over with patience, all of the things I was concerned about interior and exterior, and he explained exactly what he was going to do and how so I would be fully informed along the whole process. We are very pleased with this individual in his work. We were just as pleased with the individual we met yesterday as well. I believe that was Connor.
Great service until you find out they lock you in on a 1 year contract! When I called to cancel I had my call transferred several times to different individuals overseas. When I asked to speak to a local representative they stated they could not get me in contact. This is suppose to be a locally owned company & I couldn’t even talk to a local individual.
Very poor experience with EcoShield Pest Solutions. I paid upfront for exclusion service and 12 months trap monitoring, but after initial visits the service essentially stopped. No one checked the traps initially for over 2 months, came for a curtesy look then again, no show for over three months, despite this being part of the agreement. As a result, I now have dead mice left in traps that were never serviced, and the original problem is still ongoing with animals accessing the attic. Multiple attempts to resolve this and request a refund have gone nowhere. Communication has been inconsistent, and appointments were scheduled without actually addressing the issue. Overall, I paid for a service that was not delivered. Would not recommend.
