I want to leave a review specifically for the technician who came out to my home. He was fantastic—incredibly nice, patient, funny, and he did his job to the absolute best of his ability. I really liked him and his customer service was excellent. That being said, my issue is entirely with the corporate customer service line that booked my appointment. They completely up-sold and misrepresented what the company actually does. I was promised a thorough, deep inspection to find a rodent entry point, but the technician honestly informed me that corporate only equips them to lay down basic traps. Do not blame the techs on the ground for this—they are doing the best they can with what they are given. Corporate needs to stop lying to customers over the phone just to lock them into contracts.

Don't understand the positive reviews. Sorry. Our contract with Brooks is almost over and we've been unhappy with them the whole year. The first treatment was thorough and GREAT, but the service after sucked. People show up for 5 minutes, spray around the windows and leave. We have cameras all over the exterior of the house and we can see that they don't cover everything or do everything they're supposed to. They haven't even gone in our back yard the past two times they've come out. Guy knocked on the door last time and I asked "Do you need me to open the gate?" He asked if it was locked and I said no and he said he'd be able to open it himself. Then he didn't. Still didn't spray the backyard even after I specifically asked if he needed help getting into the back yard. Realized after the fact that their friendly, door to door sales were a predatory lie. We were promised so many discounts and so many services and then it turned out we paid the standard price and got crappy service for a year. Glad the contract is ending, already signed up with another company. Our yard has still has plenty of ants and wasps around, but I can't honestly review their bug killing abilities. Maybe their products work great when applied correctly.

I had a fantastic experience with Brooks Pest Control, specifically thanks to my technician, Matthew. He was incredibly professional, thorough, and polite. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and treated my property with great care. Because of Matthew and his excellent customer service, I will continue using this service, and I will recommend it to other homeowners. Keep up the great work, Matthew!
