The customer service has been practically nonexistent, and despite repeatedly explaining that the spider problem was INSIDE my home, they refused to properly treat the interior. After the initial service, I continued finding spiders throughout the house and requested a follow-up visit. The technician returned and sprayed only under the primary bathroom sink and in part of the kitchen. A week later, I found more spiders ..one being in my hair and another one crawling across my bed sheets. I called again, and during the third visit, the technician informed me that his boss instructed him not to spray inside the house, NEVER spray baseboards, and that they only treat the exterior perimeter because that is where they’re coming from. Let that sink in: a pest control company refusing to treat the area where the pests actually are. In all my years, I have never encountered a pest control company that refuses to spray the interior of a home when there is an active indoor infestation. The entire experience felt like a complete waste of time and money. Don’t be fooled by the ratings. Save yourself the $400+ and hire a company that is actually willing to address AND FIX the problem instead of making excuses. This company is a total and absolute sham.

Huge shoutout to Armando for the incredible service today. He’s thorough, efficient, and clearly takes immense pride in his work. From sanitizing the attic to the precision touch-ups on the exterior of my home, he didn't miss a beat. He truly listened to our concerns regarding the closet noises and went the extra mile to make sure we felt secure. We are so happy with him and I know he will keep coming back to fix the issue until it’s 100% gone. Armando is a total pro—Biotech, make sure you keep this guy happy and give him the raise he's earned, because he’s doing elite-level work!

Pam and Armando came today and sanitized our laundry room . They pulled the washer and dryer out and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the area that was invaded by rats . They did an excellent job! Pam had come alone previously and tried to do this job by herself but really needed an additional hand moving the washer and dryer. Armando had also come previously to help set traps and seal weep holes . Both of these technicians and the other team member , Ian, did an exceptional job helping get rid of the rats! We are very happy with the service we received from all of them !! Highly recommend them and Biotech!!
