The technician that came for quarterly service tipped a paint can all over my house and stained the sidewalk and didn’t tell myself or the painter whom was there working and they walked by multiple times. Not sure what your business plan is for retaining customers, or if you train your employees on common sense decency when an accident occurs. Update: Customer Service is also terrible. I have repeatedly called to cancel service. Phone, chat request and email and no response. Most of the time calls are answered by a call center overseas and they have to “transfer you to another team” to cancel service and then it immediately goes to a voicemail.
Service was great. It was easy to book and pay, all of my questions were answered, and Daniel, who came out to do the treatment, was very informative, kind, and quick. Highly recommend so far. It’s only been a day, but I’m sure the treatment will work. I’ll also add this is a no-pet home, but the treatment is child and pet safe, which was important to me since I’m pregnant and have respiratory issues.
Berrett Pest and specifically Clayton, the technician, are great!! Clayton arrived on time, was polite, frank, efficient and thorough. He treated our 3,000ft house and 1/2 acre lawn with the general pest control treatment. He also did the additional application outside against fleas (and it most likely will kill the mosquito 🦟 hanging out in the grass too). He installed two mosquito traps that he will return monthly to empty and refill. We have three big dogs and five cats (squirrels and opossum too) who run through the yard constantly. If the mosquito trap is knocked over there is no danger to the animals. This is not a one time visit. This will be a regular routine and the monthly payments are very affordable. I am so excited knowing the possibility of not being eaten alive in my own backyard is in my future. Thank you, Berrett Pest Control. A longtime (40’years) family friend and neighbor has been a customer of Berrett (their regular technician, Reggie) for many years. Another happy customer recommendation is always a good place to start.
My experience with this company has been good so far. I started using the service in May 2026. It was easy to set up an appointment. It's affordable and the technician who came out was friendly and professional.
