I dropped off my truck to have the passenger rear door and cab repaired. Four days later, I returned to pick it up and immediately noticed several issues — there was a foreign object in the paint, overspray, and the texture did not match the rest of the truck. It was very lumpy and uneven. I left the truck an additional day so they could correct it. I came back the next day, only to find out the truck still was not ready. I waited about an hour. The repaired passenger side looked better at first glance, but on the drive home I noticed overspray on the back window. The following day, I discovered more overspray on the driver’s side of the truck (the opposite side from where the damage was repaired) as well as a sharp edge on the passenger door. I returned the truck on Monday. The manager saw me pull in and turned around and walked inside the lobby. When I went inside, the lobby was empty. I then saw the manager exiting through another shop door and getting into his car — clearly avoiding the situation even after seeing me. An employee told me he could not make any decisions and that I would have to return when the manager was available — the same manager who had just left. I brought the truck back again on Tuesday to address the overspray and sharp edge. It was left overnight once more. When I picked it up, the overspray on the driver’s side had been corrected, although there is still some overspray between the cab and bed. At this point, I will live with it. Overall, this was a frustrating experience that required multiple return trips, extended wait times, and poor customer service from management. I expected better quality control and professionalism. I am giving the one star for the actual dent repair, as it turned out well.

Alex and the MACCO team did an incredible job on my 78 Jeep project! They asked me my thoughts and what I envisioned it to look like. Spent time with me going over options, paints, looks, and kept me completely informed throughout the entire process. When we began getting closer to the final paint, Alex got me some bigger paint cards to compare with and it completely made the difference. I wanted it a certain red but the red he showed me was the absolute winner! Alex and the team are top notch! Absolutely loved my whole experience thru the process and felt welcomed every single visit I had…and there were a lot of visits! Phenomenal job…wish I could give them ten stars.

I've been to Maaco several times for different auto repairs, and I wanted to recognize the amazing service I've received. The new shop manager, Deva, is truly outstanding. She is kind, professional, and it is obvious that she has the shop running at its very best. She made sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond to correct issues that occurred under the previous management. The team in the garage is also extremely efficient, skilled, and detail-oriented in their work. A thank you to Manuel, who was polite, professional, and helpful the last time I was there. It's not always easy to find an auto repair shop you can trust, but this team consistently delivers excellent service and Deva genuinely cares about the customers. Highly recommended!

I came in on a a chance that they would paint a golf cart body I had in the back of my truck. This shop had previously painted a truck for me that I brought in with everything stripped off. They did a nice job on the truck, I will include a pic of it here too. On this adventure I was quickly and professional greeted by Vincent. I asked if they painted Golf cart bodies and they said sure... Why not, what do you have. We went out to the truck and they looked at it... Some back and forth about the level of body repairs ( very little) and they type of paint and prices. I think they cut me a deal based on my previous business. We agreed on a fair price and asked it'll it could be done by Friday... It was Tuesday. They said sure and honestly expected they wouldn't call me until the next week. In actuality, they called me the NEXT DAY on Wednesday and said, we got your golf cart body ready. WHAT? it was true. Went down there a couple hours later, it was on the drying stands. Guys loaded it in my truck and I was on my way. Paint came out better than I was expecting and a 1000 times better than it would have if I DIY'd it. I let it dry through the weekend because I was still getting the cart together... Came out great. I have a 76 Camaro that I will bring in closer to the summer. Thx Keller Maaco. Very satisfied returning customer.

Getting my car repainted with a two-tone paint job and some body repairs. The car is currently still in the shop but so far things have run very smoothly. Maria initial helped me out when I first came in to get a quote on paint, I was lucky enough to come while they had some sales going on so I was able to get a really great price for a whole body paint job. Other places I called quoted me over 7-8k before ever seeing my car, when I came into Maaco they quoted me about 3k including body repairs. I ended up getting a new hood at a junk yard because mine had a decent amount of hail damage they told me it would be cheaper to get a new hood instead of trying to repair it. Definitely trying to do what is best for the customer while not up-selling or quoting unnecessary services, very transparent and easy to work with. Thank you Maria and Deva for all y'alls help! As someone work works in a similar job I can tell they strive to do a good job and a do what is best for the customer! I'll update when everything is finished! Update** Overall, pretty good experience. Initially they did not do what I asked, I wanted the black top to come all the way down to be in line with the top of the windows however when I went to pick it up they did not do that part so when I said something about it the guy giving me the car said he was told not to, so not his fault he was following orders, so I said I wanted to get that part done and so they said they would. So I left it there so it could be done. I got a call a few minutes later from the manager to explain the situation. The reason was because they would have to make a hard line which would void the warranty in that area. I appreciate her concern I just wish she would have called before they said the car was done. Ultimately they did it anyway and it turn out great! Their willingness to make things right is why I give it four stars. I just wish the communication was better.
