This store’s service is the absolute best I’ve experienced. I travel for work, so I’ve have frequented many UPS stores over many years in different states. The days open and hours of operation far exceed my expectations, along with the staff. There are usually several staff members on duty at once, and especially at peak hours of operations. I’ve rented a box there over a decade and the friendly and courteous staff there is why I continue to come back over all the years. Great knowledgeable staff.
The way the drive way is set up is completely scrappy but the service was excellent. I really appreciate all the help. The workers in there were very nice and helped me with shipping. I love their communication skills . They made it easy to accomplish my task of mailing.
I come here quite a bit for returns and shipments (as most people know this can be an annoying experience anywhere else). This location has the best and most helpful staff. -Almost every time I’m helped out by April and she is the absolute best. She never fails to make the experience painless and is so kind while doing it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
