This place has so much potential and it's in a good location. But the rooms smell like they've been smoked in for the past 100 years, and there were people loitering around everywhere smoking. After my shower I wondered if I had been cleaner before I took the shower - the towels were really questionable. (No in-room coffee.) The staff was very nice, but whoever owns this place needs to step up and fix this place up!
The absolute worst place I have ever stayed. We had to stay here due to our Airbnb being canceled last minute and every where else sold out for the morgan wallen concert. The room just felt dirty and smelled horrible of cigarettes. We had to spray down the whole room with lysol and air freshener. We even went and bought different sheets because they were stained and dirty looking. The door looked like it had been broken into and huge gaps around it.After telling two different house keepers we didn't need anything the first one came back and just walked right in without knocking. I didn't leave anything valuable in the room because the atmosphere did not feel safe at all.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing motel experience. My daughter and I had only recently checked in when we were unexpectedly confronted by management and told to leave in a manner that felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional even though he certainly owed us an apology , he most certainly made it extremely more tense after our 8 hour trip. Being yelled at instead of treated respectfully as paying guests was upsetting and difficult to understand. In addition, there appeared to be concerning activity taking place on the property that made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe during our short stay. Given our experience with both management and the overall environment, we did not feel welcomed or secure. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this motel to families or travelers looking for a respectful and comfortable stay.
AC didn't work only blows out hot air at full power. I asked for it to be fixed and guy supposedly came by why I was gone to store. I understand I wasn't there but should be working when I checked in. No coffee pot just the maker. No bathroom plug. Tiny bugs not much Idc cause Ive lived with worse infestations. Lights and plugins don't work. Wi-Fi signal is weak. Like one bar.
NASTY CARPET & SHOWER CURTAINS HELD UP WITH DUCT TAPE! We checked in around 10 PM knowing it wouldn’t be a five-star stay for $65 a night, but wow — this was beyond disappointing. Right after check-in, I noticed what looked like a complimentary breakfast setup. When I asked about it, I was rudely told, “Did you see it when you reserved a room?” That should’ve been my first red flag. As soon as we walked into our room, we were hit with a horrific mildew smell. I turned on all the lights to do my usual inspection, and immediately saw why: the carpet was damp all the way through. Taking off my socks only lasted a second before I had to put them back on because of how wet the floor was. The bathroom was even worse — shower curtains literally duct-taped in place, a soaked floor that was dangerously slippery, and black spots creeping across the ceiling. This hotel is not just poorly maintained — it’s downright unsanitary. For the price, I didn’t expect luxury, but I at least expected basic cleanliness and safety. Never again.
