Stopped in right before closing with a leak in my tire, and they were still happy to help. They patched it quickly and did a great job. Really appreciate the friendly service and willingness to help even at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

I had a tire repair appointment for a tire under warranty through Telle. The tire had already been plugged to travel home on over the weekend, and I included that in the appointment notes when I scheduled. We had also called the Lee’s Summit West location and confirmed they could patch a tire that had been plugged. I used the South KC location due to appointment availability and its location near my office. I arrived early to my appointment and sat waiting for over an hour. When I was finally updated, I was told they could not find a leak on any tire. Instead of communicating with me that they were unable to find the leak, they took off the other three tires to check them, replaced valve stems, and performed a car inspection. Those were not the services I came in for, and I did not agree for my time to be wasted on them. Only after I questioned how they could not find the issue when the tire had a plug in it was I told they cannot patch a plugged tire. That should have been explained at the beginning, especially since I noted it when scheduling and mentioned it when I arrived. I came in for a warranty tire patch and left without the repair I scheduled. The convenience of the warranty is a big reason to buy tires through Telle, but this experience was anything but convenient.

I had such a wonderful experience today! Sam(store manager)was who made it the best! He is so polite, easy to talk to, and he really listens and works with your needs. He made sure my tires along with his staff, were good to go after having problems at other tire shops. I truly appreciate them helping me out today! P.s Sam is easy on the eyes too😌

Everyone that works at the Troost location is kind, respectful, and thoughtful. I don’t feel like anyone is trying to bamboozle me because I know nothing about cars! Great experience. I definitely recommend this mechanic shop.

The people at the counter were very courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the tire I needed wasn't readily available so they had to order one. Once it arrived, they was able to remove the old tire and replace the new one really fast!
