Had a vibration in my front end on my way up to Kansas City to visit my wife. Dropped my truck off at 8 in the morning. The called me at 10:22 to let me know my alignment was fine. I went ahead and had them rebalance and rotate my tires. Called me back again at 11:16 to say my truck was ready for pickup. Great service and very trustworthy. No appointment at all just dropped it off and they took care of me. Will definitely be my go to spot in KC. Thanks again!

Service is first come, first served, so you have to get there early! Kevin & his team are super friendly and do great work with quick turnarounds. I even had a concern several months after my service - they immediately addressed my questions professionally and helped me out. Great, longstanding biz. I’ll go back! Highly recommended!

I took my car in for an oil change and to have the front and rear brake pads replaced. KC Brake and Auto Service did an amazing job and even had a great deal going on through the end of March for brake services. After picking up my car and driving it down the block, I noticed a high-pitched noise coming from the tires, so I gave them a call. They were very honest and had me bring the car back right away to fix the issue. When I asked why it wasn’t caught earlier, they explained that sometimes a quick drive around the lot isn’t enough to reveal certain problems. They took the time to properly test drive it after the fix and made sure everything was resolved, without charging me anything extra. I really appreciated their honesty and the extra effort they put in. I’ve had experiences with other auto shops cutting corners, which ended up costing me hundreds later, so this level of professionalism meant a lot. The team is informative, transparent, and communicates clearly about everything your car needs. I’m very grateful and will definitely be coming back!

I heard great things about KC Brake and Auto Service so I took my sister’s vehicle there because of warped rotors. I was completely impressed by the professionalism and thorough inspection. They got everything repaired promptly. The customer service and communication was key. The mechanic did a wonderful job!! I couldn’t be more pleased. Thought that I would save some money by taking my truck to a shop that has had my business in the past. Only to be rimmed through & through. $900.00 for a throttle body replacement on a 2003 GMC Sierra 1500 V8. And they weren't able to fix my AC that is blowing drivers side cold, passenger side hot. After having my vehicle over a week. NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!!! BE WARE!!!!⚠️👎☠️👎⚠️☠️
