I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now. Excellent and trustworthy. They’ve kept all my cars (including an old, high mileage civic) in great shape and always let me know in advance if they notice anything else popping up that might need repaired soon. Fair pricing and they’ve been more than generous with their diagnostic time on several occasions. More than once they’ve shown that they are willing to not screw me over when they easily could have. I brought in a cheap car for some expensive AC, steering, and other various repairs. They noticed a crack in the engine block that had been (poorly) repaired at some point and stopped all work and called me immediately. I ended up not going through with the other repairs due to the catastrophic issue on the block and they didn’t charge me for time or anything. I’ll be bringing all my vehicles here for as long as I live in KC.

Brought my 2014 Toyota in for a full inspection — suspension, AC, and a state inspection. Chris and the team were thorough, honest, and straightforward. They did three test drives to make sure they got it right, identified a real issue with my motor mounts, and told me my suspension was solid rather than selling me parts I didn’t need. Charged me $12 for the state inspection and nothing else. KC Autoworx has earned my trust and I’ll be back!!!

This shop is excellent! My car was a mess, and needed a new a/c system. I priced two other places, but I had a good feeling about KC Autoworx, and went with them based on their friendly vibes. Johnny and Chris both genuinely cared about the outcome, even after I had paid for the initial service, and later discovered a secondary issue preventing it from working properly. They made sure everything was totally fixed, and spent an extra day on the car without charging me. I could tell they wanted me to feel great about the job. I will be sending everyone to have work done here.

Autoworx has replaced my brakes, brake lines, and most recently my water pump, timing belt and AC compressor and all the bits. Great work with very fair prices and very honest staff. They've always done right by me and I appreciate it. Thanks y'all.

Great experience! I called them with a very tight deadline and they worked me into their already packed schedule, diagnosed, and fixed my issue! Total turn around time was just under 24 hours. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It's not hard to see why this shop has such good ratings.
