Both my husband and I take our vehicles here (2014 Accord, 2012 Mercedes and a 2025 Rivian) and have for the past 7 years.... service has been outstanding the entire time. Today, I drove up to the shop at 8am and they were able to fit a tire rotation in and I was out the door at 8:30. Certainly something I didn't expect at all, but I appreciated them expediting despite being busy. Quality work, fair price, outstanding service.
Exceptional service! My daughter and I brought our car in with an emergency tire leak. Despite a two-hour wait, the manager went above and beyond to fit us in immediately. The technicians quickly discovered that both tires were dangerously worn with steel belts showing. The manager immediately tracked down the correct replacements at their warehouse and had them expedited to the shop. They completely saved our schedule and ensured our safety. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their professionalism and outstanding customer care

They were transparent, fair, and treated me with honesty and respect, which is exactly what you hope to find in a mechanic. KC Autoworx is seriously the best. Every time I go in, they’re super friendly, honest about what’s going on with my car, and don’t try to sell me stuff I don’t need. Prices are reasonable, the work is solid, and I always leave feeling like my car is in good hands. Highly recommend.
They were so great! I called ahead to make sure they had time to get an inspection done and they fit me in no problem! When I walked in, I said my name and he knew what car I was bringing in and what it was for. Service was great, everyone was nice, and the shop dog was such a cutie (: I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
