I cannot fault these guys. Amazing customer service, honest and helpful. Their communication was above anyone else I’ve ever dealt with. They didn’t take an easy fix, they took the time to get to the problem and work completed properly. I’m grateful for their patience and I’ll continue to use them as my mechanic. Thank you for making a stressful situation that much easier

Great service, real human beings that know their stuff. And don't charge the earth to a bloke with a dodgy old banger. Appreciated :)

Really poor customer service, the lady in particular was very nasty and defensive when I was wanting clarity on what I was paying for. She was bad mouthing other companies that I had called previously that were actually wanting to help me. I felt like I was not prioritised or treated respectfully throughout this process. One week prior to dropping my car in for its service I had rang Challenger Motors and was promised that my car could be looked at and fixed overnight with a standard rate discussed. The day of dropping my car off into the company I was quickly notified that they could not fix my car overnight and I would have to wait 14 days at least for it to be fixed. I was also informed that the price of this issue had gone up $100 from the original price given to me a week before hand.

Paid for a 4000$ reconditioned gearbox for my ln106 2.8 turbo diesel Toyota Hilux. Never got an emailed receipt, drove across WA with noises when changing into 2nd 3rd and reverse. Contacted this company regarding a receipt had to contact them multiple times for it as it never got sent through. In regards to my warranty for my gearbox they are now claiming only 3 month warranty, when I was told 12 months warranty. I spoke to reception and she was laughing at me on the phone being very very cheeky about it. Kurt was quite rude, and tried to avoid answering all question when confronted over the telephone. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS, terrible customer service and love to rip off anything can! 0/ 10 recommend 👎👎😖

Great service, listens to you about concerns with vehicle and gives good honest advice. Not overpriced like some, and does quality work. Will definitely be coming back to get other repair work done here.
