I rang on short notice with tyres most places done stock. The gentleman who answered the phone was helpful, sourced the tyres and got me the time slot I needed. Service was efficient, friendly, and the wait room has coffee, and comfortable chairs. Very happy. Thank you.
I am a loyal customer over the years and recently replaced tyres on both of my cars at your store. During the replacement of four tyres on my second car, I was informed after the tyre job completed and also that the wheel nuts had broken and needed replacement. My concern is that I was neither informed beforehand about the risk nor consulted before additional charges were applied. When I raised this concern in-store, the response I received was rude and unprofessional, suggesting I could have taken the car back unfinished. I understand issues can happen during repairs, but I expected better communication and customer service from staff team. Never going back again.
Had to get a brand new tyre and booked into BJTM Launceston. The service (tyre change and balancing) was brilliant, quick and very professional. Done in 20 mins - this is fantastic guys especially as there were a LOT of vehicles inside and in your carpark that had to be done.
My wife and I are Canadians travelling in Tasmania. We got a flat tire on our rental car and drove 100 km on a spare to Bob Jane, Launceston, arriving 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday. Without hesitation, the fellows removed the tire from the rim, found it unrepairable and checked their stock for a new one. They also inspected the other tires on the car and advised we drive very carefully back to Hobart because of their condition. The staff were so amazing and caring, and we appreciated it immensely. If we lived here, we would be their most loyal customers. Thank you!
Recently had new wheels fitted to my ute, in and out in less than 1 hr. Great service and top guys to do business with. Will be back when needed again. Thanks for the service. 👍
