I have always had a positive experience with the service at auto barn they go out of their way to help you like today I got my sun visor glued on for a temp fix and last time they did a battery check for free. I think the customer service is always great. Thankyou

I went in to pick up an online order after 1.5 hrs. Online it says collect in 30 minutes. I didn't complain, but they told me they can't check the printer every 10 seconds when they're doing stock orders? I felt I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Not doing online orders again.
Rainy day so I decided to finally come in and get some wipers for my car. I’d say it was only very lightly spitting. The guy said sorry we can’t fit your wipers today because of the rain. Very disappointed in this, I won’t be returning in the future.
