Outstanding and professional service by Adam. Had my 2012 VE ssv z series 2 sports wagon here for a major service. Detailed report on what was done, everything explained and recommendations for the next service. Even a courtesy car supplied! Highly recommended and will be back.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. For a general service, I was overcharged and surprised to see additional costs for tasks not performed, like vacuuming. Lack of transparency and poor communication. Not recommended.
We had an older model Mercedes Benz Sprinter to service and another larger mechanic in Launceston would not service it because of its age. APR Automotive booked us in when required, carried out the work quickly and at a good price. I got a full run down of their thoughts on the service and staff were enthusiastic.
Adam and the mechanics were fantastic. They had my car running like new again, excellent and friendly service. Very reliable and reasonable rates.
