Unprofessional company that hires drivers driving like maniacs in COMPANY CARS. License plate # HR-3407 was blowing his horn belligerently throughout traffic for no reason and then was yelling outside of his truck at me for again, for whatever reason (still til this moment I have no idea what this ignorant guy problem is) then when we get to the stoplight on Silas creek & wake forest rd intersection - he proceeds to pull very close to my bumper to the point where he almost hits my car which he definitely don’t want to do that because I have cameras all throughout the outside of my car, his driving is unacceptable and for you to drive the way that he does let alone in a company car is NOT a good look for the company and is honestly illegal. He shouldn’t be driving anyone’s truck. Looking at reviews for this company with a 3 star rating seems like they have a lot of work to do. Also, “safety is a core value” well I certainly can’t tell - the last review is probably the same guy that was driving like a maniac today, 8/24 coming down Silas Creek Parkway and since this company has GPS on their trucks, you can find the driver around 1:30pm turning on Fairlawn. I also have pictures of his license plate as well. And I also have a picture of the guy driving if you have trouble with finding the driver :)

Our facility had a fairly major HVAC warranty issue arise a couple weeks ahead of the warranty expiration. Due to timing, we were concerned that there could be finger pointing and attempt to get out of performing the corrective action. MTS was responsive in getting the issue corrected, without making an issue out of it, which is a great indicator that they're good people.

Driver driving like an absolute maniac on I-40 cutting off multiple people, driving 25-30 mph over the posted speed limit. Putting maniacs on our public roads in branded vehicles is probably not a good business model...

Brice Connors is one of the most down to earth professional person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! This guy is a true visionary! I wouldn't want to conduct business with anyone else.
