Always greeted with a smile and pleasantries by front desk staff (Naketa, Elisa, Jasmin) and even a hot towel! Lobby and facilities are clean, nicely-scented and well decorated. My go-to therapist (Carlton) never misses and the additional elevations make the experience even greater. Check-out is smooth and seamless—from finalizing payment to scheduling additional appointments. Location is centralized/convenient but comes at the cost of a high volume of traffic in the area. Be sure to allot some wiggle room for navigating and finding parking against the competing customers of Target and Wingstop.

I just walked out from my session with Roberto and I still feel like I'm walking on clouds! His attention to my tension areas and genuine concern for my well being keeps me coming back! They have added so many new awesome amenities! I can't wait to come back, this is the best location in Houston!

Khodi asked all the right questions during my massage session, showing a genuine interest in my needs and comfort. Despite the pressure being great at times, Khodi made sure to check in with me regularly to ensure I was still feeling okay. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly enhanced my overall massage experience.

I did a Groupon the first time and it was seamless and amazing! I was assigned Carlton as my massage therapist and WOW, I've never experienced anyone as talented as him! I'm an opera singer and he's helped me get rid of my tension not only in my neck, shoulders, and back but now I'm singing much healthier since then, as I'm fully released from this work as well as my normal therapy and voice lessons! I couldn't recommend coming to this location anymore than I currently do!

I have had okay massages here, thus the 2nd star. Pretty average overall. I had to call and cancel an appointment here because I was sick. I developed the flu the day prior. I was trying to be a good person and not expose everyone to my illness. However, they were not understanding about the $40 fee. I have been a client of massage heights for somewhere around 10 years. Massage heights has actually canceled on me within 24 hours in the past and even had a therapist no-show my appointment (another location). I suppose the grace only goes one way. For the record, I don't blame the person who I talked to as I am sure they aren't allowed any discretion. I won't be going back to this location.
