Tom, Oliver and the team are first class, fantastic, professional and know their market. Tom got our sale over the line on Victoria rise. We had the sale up with another agent for 6 months within 2 weeks with Marsh Parsons 3 offers and it completed last week. Whenever we called they listened and acted swiftly but they helped in anyway they could. Saadat was amazing throughout my experience of renting a flat. He was extremely supportive throughout the process, always attentive to my questions and needs, and very reliable. I was kept fully updated at every stage, which made the whole experience far less stressful. I would definitely recommend him.
If I could give Marsh and Parsons zero stars, I would. I have been a client of M&P since 2018 however have noticed a severe decline in servicing and communication over the last few years. For context, I own a property in Clapham and M&P are my letting agency. Over the last year in particular I’ve received total miscommunication from the Property Management team in relation to invoices, statements of rental income, deductions in said rental income without notice and emails which are generally nonsensical. Or the other alternative is a lack of response. In short I’ve started cataloguing all emails and am looking into alternative servicing. My advice - don’t use M&P unless you want a monthly headache and cause of stress due to management incompetence.
