Loftis elite Tile and Flooring by far is the BEST. Jimmy the owner who took such care of us and redid our whole downstairs floor with time. We had our kitchen redone a couple of years ago and needless to say what the previous contractor did was just horrible. That’s an understatement. Our floors which were LVT started to lift and separate. We contacted Loftis Elite for a consult and when he was measuring and moved the refrigerator there was NO flooring under it to the wall. Just the floor board. When he started our job and took up the LVT it was a complete mess. The original floors were not sanded. Not leveled. The kick boards were not even put on. With that being said. Jimmy(owner) started out from the beginning sanded, multiple layers of thin set then poured the flooring that completely leveled everything. Then started the laying of the tile. Jimmy and his team are so precise, professional and on point! He takes such pride in his work and is just amazing. He explained everything that he was doing explained what was not done correctly the first time. The experience he and his team have are by far the best! The work ethic they have is amazing. They actually care about their customers and the work they are providing is the best which is an understatement! Thank you Jimmy and everyone at Loftis Elite Tile and Flooring for the beautiful work you have done in our home! We are so so thankful.. we will never hire anyone else again!!
I had Jimmy tile our kitchen and bathroom floors. I have an old victorian home and the floors are very much not level. I had other tile contractors refuse to to lay tile unless I hired someone else to come install and level a new sub floors. Jimmy came by and knew exactly what to do. He perfectly leveled the floors and expertly installed the tile. He did an incredibly solid job with a lot of attention to detail. He and Dan were on time, professional, trustworthy, organized, clean and very nice. They do beautiful work. They even installed a new faucet for my bathroom. Highly recommended!
Jimmy has the talent to make your dreams come true.. Jimmy turned my outdated bathroom and dressing area into a masterpiece. Every step of the way he listened to my opinions and made great suggestions always keeping within my budget. Jimmy hand picks his subcontractors who have excellent skills and the same work ethics that he has. That is to do a great job and make the customer happy. Jimmy starts early in the day sometimes works through lunch and dinner and sometimes worked till late at night. No matter how late the day he always left my home neat and straightened up. When Jimmy works in your house, he treats your home as if he was working in his own home. Upon completion of the job, he worked a few hours, making sure everything was clean and neat. If you're looking for the WOW factot .......JIMMY IS YOUR MAN!!!!
