WATCH THE VIDEO!!!!! (Insider information) they make prices up off the top off their head so if they believe you have the money they train you to squeeze every penny out of the customer that you possibly can no matter what will replace your lock with a $20 lock set no matter how No secure your original lock is and w it’ll charge you as if it’s was a top notch and it’s mediocre they so they do not care what so ever they only want your money bad service contractors get treated bad and talked to like this guy did in the video STAY AWAY AT ALL COST
The best service in Houston hands down!!!! He came out to me and set me up in minutes! I highly recommend his service! Pro Locksmith!!!
WARNING!! They tried to rip me off. Check their Yelp reviews before doing business with them. I scheduled a 5:30pm appointment after getting a quote over the phone from them after shopping around online for a locksmith. The technician showed up at 7pm, looked around, and quoted over 700 dollars for re-keying 5 cylinders and unlocking 1 that I didn't have a key to. I was quoted a $29 trip and $19 a cylinder over the phone. That's about $150 total. I asked for an explanation and he said each cylinder was $95 and the one without a key was $250!!! That didn't sound right to me so I cancelled the whole thing on the spot. Next thing I know a lady called me from this office demanding I pay the $30 trip. I requested her name and his business card as well but of course they would not give me anything so I refused to pay a service fee where there was no service provided. I informed her of the quote I had and showed the gentleman as well. She threatened to call the cops on me which I wish they would've so I could've filed a police report. The technician left peacefully and said that issue was between me and the lady on the phone and that he didn't want any trouble. I'm a business owner as well and if you quote something to your potential clients that might get you future business and referrals, then I would quote the correct price and honor it.
They hung up on me and had no idea what they was talking about 👎🏽
They arrived within an hour of the time I called and it only took the locksmith 5 minutes to get into the house. They will not quote you a full price until they get to your house because of variables. When they got there they quoted me $250! I told them that was too much and we negotiated down to $130. I still think that was too much but the service was good and he got in the door quickly.
