Keefer got the job done, which was great because I was worried he wouldn't be able to get my smart lock open. I was running late for work and was worried I'd miss my whole shift, but he was there quick and got me in and out so I didn't miss much at all. He was friendly and we had a nice conversation about how he looked like one of my favorite music artists, which was really funny. Overall, great experience for a not so great situation that I put myself in. I highly recommend Keefer and this service!
