Overall, I had a positive experience with Knight Frank during the sale of my property. Francis and the team were professional, approachable and responsive throughout the process. They communicated regularly, kept me updated on developments within the chain and helped liaise with the buyers, solicitors and other agents when issues arose. The transaction was not always straightforward and there were some delays and uncertainty around exchange, but Francis continued to follow matters up and worked hard to keep the sale progressing. His local market knowledge, presentation of the property and management of the process were all very good. There were occasions when I would have appreciated slightly more proactive communication and firmer confirmation of timelines, which is why I have given four rather than five stars. However, I was generally pleased with the service and would be happy to recommend Knight Frank.

We engaged with Knight Frank in Wimbledon village and were represented by Olivia & Isabella. They both were very professional, polite and honest from the start. Their business acumen and approach to the letting was floorless. The client they found us was of the highest order and we would not go anywhere else in the future when needing to rent the property. As a buyer (and previously a renter), I didn't always have good experiences with estate agents. However, Sonia Cheng from Knight Frank Wimbledon was wonderful to deal with. She and her colleagues are extremely professional and the post-sales support was particularly impressive. I never realised how much work goes into helping a transaction complete. Without Sonia, I don't know if we would have got over the line.

Having just rented a property through Knight Frank I cannot speak more highly of them in particular the Wimbledon Agents ( Bella Moscrop) who found us our new place, was excellent; professional, super efficient and a pleasure to work with. She very much offered a bespoke service, one where your requirements were met and you weren’t just being sent everything and anything. In particular during the offer stages she was exceptionally efficient. Even including an arrival card and coffee table book gift which finalised a lovely, smooth moving process. This bespoke service extends to the property management arm which has been a game changer- the knight frank property management is excellent, handling and covering all aspects of renting a new place in a high end professional manner. I have been so impressed and would now continue using them in any future move.
