We worked with Patrick Stewart throughout the process of buying our first home and he was fantastic from start to finish. As first-time buyers, the whole experience felt quite overwhelming at times, but Patrick was always on hand to guide us through each step and keep everything moving smoothly. He was especially great at chasing solicitors and making sure nothing stalled unnecessarily, which really helped reduce the stress for us. Patrick was also an excellent communicator between ourselves and the seller, always keeping everyone updated and helping things progress efficiently. Professional, proactive and incredibly responsive, Patrick was always quick to reply and happy to answer any questions we had along the way.
