The whole process started with Ross, who happened to live across the street from my dad and rented out a couple of parking spaces. Ross would often stop and chat with my dad, and he later commented on how much he enjoyed their conversations, particularly when they talked about golf. That personal connection meant a great deal to our family. Throughout the entire process, the service we received was excellent. A special thank you to Alex, who was professional, helpful, and supportive every step of the way. There was a period when I did not have access to the property, and the office handled the situation impeccably. Following the proper procedures and official guidelines, they were able to lend us their key when the other executor was unable to assist. Their professionalism and willingness to help made a difficult situation much easier to manage. I'd also like to thank Charlie for all of her help and support throughout. As it’s the first time my husband and I have attempted to sell a house in London – and considering the current tough market conditions – we were filled with trepidation. However, from our very first meeting with Alex Singh at KFH Raynes Park, we felt completely at ease, thanks to Alex’s calming professionalism, considered advice and friendly efficiency. Dealing with the rest of his energetic team – Jamie, Killian, Pippa and Lee – has further allayed any concerns we may have had. Within record time (just over a week after signing with KFH and following 10 seamless viewings), we received two offers close to the guide price we’d agreed upon. I had a very positive experience with the KFH Raynes Park lettings team - and in particular Simon. He was able to find suitable tenants from the first group of viewings and helped secure a quick move-in. There were a few blockers in meeting the proposed move-in deadline, but Simon worked proactively and tirelessly with contractors to resolve them and keep the process moving. His communication, urgency, and persistence made a real difference and helped ensure a successful move-in. I would be happy to recommend them to other landlords looking for a responsive and proactive letting agent.
