I checked out a few local estate agents before deciding to go with KFH, after meeting with Ed and being pleasantly surprised by his direct, honest approach. Emilia Minopoli was the agent handling my sale and she was perfect. Super helpful, she worked so hard throughout the sale process, and made sure I was kept informed when things got held up in the chain. She understood how stressful the sale process can be for the seller and handled every question I had with a lovely, friendly and calm manner. I thoroughly recommend KFH and especially Emilia.

The experience of selling my property with KFH Battersea was very positive and I strongly recommend them. Their professionalism and preparedness really differentiated them from other agencies I met - this was clear from the very first interaction I had with Ed. Once my flat was listed and the sale agreed soon after, I was in regular contact with Giulia who was very committed to progressing the sale at every stage. Her expertise and support when talking through options really helped me to make decisions. Giulia was also incredibly proactive in regularly speaking with other parties involved in the sale process, including the buyer, their solicitor, and the managing agent responsible for many of the service charge queries. I can't recommend Isabelle Roochove highly enough! From the moment we started working together, her dedication and professionalism have truly stood out. A few months ago, I encountered an unfortunate situation when the property I had my heart set on fell through (no fault of hers). I was so impressed with her service that I decided to reach out directly when I found another property on KFH’s website, even though it was not initially her listing. To my delight, she quickly took over the listing and offered me her full support. What particularly impressed me was how quickly Isabelle established a strong rapport with the seller and learnt all the ins and outs of the property, making it seem as though she had been on the listing from the very beginning. Her ability to adapt and connect seamlessly with all parties involved was commendable. Isabelle has been incredible throughout the entire process. She promptly answered all my questions and often went the extra mile, even working late to accommodate my schedule.
