We have been renting with John Joseph for over two years now and are very satisfied. Zain, our estate agent, is always reachable if we need anything, and has even been supportive in taking a stand when the water heating of our building was repeatedly mismanaged. The agency also uses a simple online portal to report any issues, and whenever we have reported anything, prompt action is taken. Zain also was kind and direct when it came to the process of renting the place (as many others were looking at the same property). We tried to think of anything they could improve on and literally could not think of anything.
We just tried few Lettings Agents to let our self contained studio. JJ Lettings were very responsive met us promptly lined up prospective tenants and closed the deal in weeks. Way ahead of the other agents. We found this agency very professional and efficient. Service was excellent without much red tape forms etc! Simple. Professional. Effective efficient. Throughly recommend it to all prospective landlords.
