My fiancé and I recently got engaged and visited Diamonds Direct to look into resizing options for my ring. We had the pleasure of working with Zac, and he was absolutely wonderful! He walked us through the resizing process, answered all of our questions, and made us feel welcomed. While we were there, he also helped us find a beautiful matching wedding band at an affordable price. Zac was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us fantastic advice throughout the entire visit! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Diamonds Direct. I originally purchased my wedding band here, along with a pair of solid gold hoop earrings that I absolutely loved and wore every single day. Unfortunately, one of the earrings was badly damaged after getting caught in the dryer. I stopped by the store today hoping it might be repairable or covered under warranty, but due to the extent of the damage, it couldn’t be fixed. I also asked if I could purchase just a single replacement hoop, but that wasn’t an option either. Even though the outcome wasn’t what I had hoped for, the way I was treated throughout the entire experience meant everything. The general manager Eyal Boaron took the time to walk me through options and offered thoughtful, practical solutions. There was such a genuine sense of care and kindness in the conversation—it didn’t feel transactional at all. While I was talking with Shelly (who is absolutely wonderful), I mentioned how much I loved those earrings and how I wore them every day. The entire interaction was just filled with empathy, kindness, and a true desire to help however they could. It honestly meant more than I can put into words. Eyal approached me again and told me he will take care of getting me a replacement pair of hoop earrings. I became very emotional and asked him why he would do that for me? And he simply stated he believed in acts of kindness! He was absolutely wonderful. I will never forget this moment, or his generosity, and I mean that. This isn’t my first experience with them either—I’ve made multiple purchases here, including a gorgeous necklace I picked out today with Shelly’s help. Every single time, the team has been warm, professional, and truly invested in their customers. If you’re in Greenville, South Carolina, I highly recommend Diamonds Direct. They consistently go above and beyond, offer beautiful pieces, and create an experience that feels personal and meaningful. Five stars, without a doubt. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I drove up from Georgia to Greenville because someone referred me there. I kept making the drive throughout the engagement process because everyone greeted me so nicely every time I came and Zak was so helpful throughout the entire process. Phenomenal hospitality! Staff is amazing, and so incredibly nice and respectful. Ryan went ABOVE and beyond for me with any requests or questions i had multiple times.
