Excellent response time, within same afternoon from contacting Mitchell the policy was bounded.
My goal was met, to find quick response on quote for a builders risk. After that the conversion to vacant was a breeze and thanks to the follow up of Tim my policy never gaped. Initially I was referred to Benchmark as a convenient portfolio insurance and I have not tried those services yet but I will happily consider it.
