Absolutely 💯 the best service. I simply made an appointment on line, was able to secure a window of time the next day. Angel showed up talked to my husband and fixed the issue in 20 min., charged us for the normal service charge. Super happy. We will have him come back to service our air conditioner and install a new thermostat this week. I will definitely use him going forward for any air issues we have! Thank You Angel!!!
I highly recommend Of Course Heating & Cooling! They installed my EV charger and were extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Angel and Mario arrived right on time and explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what was needed. I really appreciated that they were honest and helped me avoid unnecessary costs, including letting me know I didn’t need to install a new subpanel. Of Course! Heating & Cooling installed a new a/c unit today replacing a worn out 20 year old system. Prior to install spoke with owner/tech Angel, who was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, answered my questions, gave clear explanations re: the a/c issues, the remedies, and financial options. The install itself was awesome and efficiently done by tech, Mario and assistant. Also, I appreciated the prompt text response by Operations Mgr. Jake to a question I had. I was not only impressed by Of Course! Heating & Cooling outstanding customer service, but also its integrity and quality workmanship.
I had an excellent experience with Alex from Of Course! Heating, Cooling, and Electric. Our AC suddenly stopped working, and Alex quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced our contactor and transformer, and while performing the repair, he also noticed that our capacitor was failing and needed to be replaced as well. What impressed me most was Alex’s work ethic. He was constantly moving between our backyard unit and the attic, troubleshooting and making repairs without slowing down. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working correctly before he left. If you’re looking for an honest, hardworking technician who knows what he’s doing, I highly recommend Alex and Of Course! Heating, Cooling, and Electric. Our AC is working perfectly again, and we couldn’t be happier with the service.
Angel was very professional and straightforward, I know my A/C is extremely old and running on last leg(25+). Angel has it running and even took the time to show/explain certain parts that eventually need to be repaired and never pressured me into a new system right now. Hoping to get through this summer and will definitely call him out for new system when ready.
