Absolutely outstanding plumping service. I recently had Mark coming out and help me on our water heater. He is the most professional, kind and knowledgeable individual I have met so far in the plumping/ HVAC industry. He walked me through every step of the process and also checked my overall plumbing system providing recommendations and options to consider. I felt very well taken care of and informed. I was not pressured into anything but through his authenticity and thorough explanations I am left with homework to think about and call WM in the future to get some of them done!
I love those guys! Because when no one else could get me on their schedule during this heatwave, they did. The same day. And installed a new unit the very next day. When every other contractor said they were "backlogged for at least 2 weeks". This isn't because Weathermaster is not good or equally in demand. It's because they know how to run a business and add capacity for the hot NC summer. Every individual I've encountered at Weathermaster has been kind, intelligent, and professional. They've earned a loyal customer in me! And a cool customer enjoying the AC!
Brian Craft did an excellent job fixing my AC unit. He came out twice this week and was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly both times. He explained everything and made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciate him and would highly recommend!
We’ve been Weather Master customers for 20+ years and have always enjoyed great service from them. Everyone I interact with is friendly, professional, and efficient. This includes office staff, installers, and service techs. Daniel performed the annual heating and cooling checks this year and he a great job. He was thorough and took time to explain what he was doing to me. He also suggested upgrades I could make to my system but I didn’t feel pressured by him. I highly recommend Weather Master for all your heating and cooling needs. They are a great company to work with and they do a great job keeping my heating and cooling system running properly.
I had my kitchen sink detach from the countertop. I called several places before Weather Masters. They were able to send a plumber. Their fist estimate contains a clause to have you sign up to be a yearly customer for repairs or maintenance on AC, heating, and plumbing. My bill was not completely understandable. More about future service. My sink problem should have been referred to a kitchen and bath. The sink I bought was installed and I was disappointed with the final job. Too much silicone showing and the fit was not the exact fit of the previous sink. If I was directed to a bath and kitchen shop I would have had a perfect fit. Weather Masters complete the install and I am thankful of that. Bill was in my opinion quite expensive, however I have a maintenance program for the next year. Also they offer a 10% discount for future service.
