My experience has been fantastic from my initial call to Cody with a problem and to schedule an appointment to my actual service appointment the very next day. Darren was on time, polite, and the most informative technician I’ve ever dealt with. They replaced my outdated single-stage Carrier system with a modern inverter-driven heat pump and gas furnace combo — and added a new zoning system that lets me control temperatures independently across zones. Left this company recently. They will get you on the monthly subscription and, to the feedback of my new HVAC company, likely neglect your system while charging high prices for repair. I’m sure most of the folks are reasonable at the company, but my belief is they are large and don’t vet employees well or provide enough oversight. Ended up with a fail safe switching on my unit a month after a service. New HVAC guy said this should have been caught during servicing. Stick with small and local, there are plenty out there.
I received an error message on my thermostat late Friday, send via email not expecting a call until next week. Not only did I get a response but the appointment was scheduled Monday between 8-9am. Ryan was my technician, arrived on time, professional, and loved on my sweet dog. He was fast, made a few adjustments and got us back running before another hot week! I’m so glad I found them! Service is fantastic! Thanks again!
