TSM fixed my hvac unit quickly and professionally. Their price was very fair and their professionalism is second to none. Thank you to John, my tech, for doing such a great job.
After my home inspector stated that my unit was poor and to have it inspected by a licensed HVAC company, this company inspected my unit on May 6, 2025 and reported it worked properly and was well maintained. Well a month later, it stopped working, unit froze, was leaking all over the place. I reached out to this company to ask them for a written report because they have hand writing on a receipt, I haven’t heard anything back. When I had someone else come out and evaluate my unit, they said how did this pass for well maintained and working properly!! My home warranty is only paying for a little over half, and now I’m stuck paying the remaining balance which is over $4,000. Since this company failed to fully inspect this , they should be covering the portion!! Mind you, I JUST bought the home May 30, 2025.
They installed 3 units in my newly constructed home. David is very responsive and communication could not have been better. Their price was also very good. I like to do business with local, family owned businesses. I felt like an important customer not just “another job”. They stand behind their work and I would highly recommend using them for installation or service of HVAC systems.
Outstanding all around! Jon did a fantastic job with a repair of my air handler. These folks are honest, professional, extremely knowledgeable of their craft. As a veteran and business owner myself, I understand service. Give this local company a chance, they'll probably save you money and provide a better value in their service.
Awsome people!. Great workmanship and quality products. I had 3 HVAC units Installed at different houses. They dont try to sell you things that you dont need. Their prices are very reasonable and they react quickly for service. All of my friends use these people and love them. I wish there were more honest reliable businesses like this.
