I’m happy so far with my experience with Trent heating and air. Two exceptional technicians came out to install my new unit. They immediately introduced themselves ( Rashad and Jessica ) , so polite, so professional. They were very respectful of my property. They got right to work and finished a two day job in one day. My unit looks great, the work looks great. I’ll post another review in the future. Trent in my opinion had the best price and options for me. Also Todd came out to and he was so personable and friendly. This has been a great experience so far.

Just got a new outdoor unit and air handler installed to replace my old ones, Rashad and Jessica were awesome with the install. They were quick, efficient, and respectful. The time from first appointment to install was really fast, and they made the whole process easy. I’d definitely recommend Trent for residential HVAC work.

Rashad is absolutely the best! He lays his tools out like a surgeon in the operating room. He and Jessica make a great team. They came exactly when they said they were coming, and left everything immaculate (especially since they were removing a very old unit)! I wish I’d taken before and after pictures, but at least I have after!!! So exciting to get this done just before the summer heat wave!!! THANK YOU!

It was a pleasure working with Trent today. Our AC unit unexpectedly stopped working. I reached out to multiple Companies, but Trent was the only one that understood the Urgency in this rough Georgia heat wave, he came out less than three hours later to my property. He walked me through everything he was doing, And even taught me a thing or two. He was very patient with all my questions. Very thorough. And his prices were beyond fair. Not only did he fix the issue, but he offered to clean out my condenser coils, which were So disgusting and I didn’t even know it! 2 hours done!! My house is so beautifully cool now.. You didn’t have to ask her before and after photos , You didn’t have to ask for an invoice, And he accepts multiple payment . As a single woman, I truly appreciate his honesty and not taking advantage of me with pricing. You can tell right off the bat that this man was mentor by another man with honor integrity. I will be using him moving forward! Highly recommended! Thank you so much ,Trent!
